La Poulosa 2021
30,90 € VAT included.A variety of mencía, bastardo, and garnacha grapes from the La Poulosa plot, located in Valtuille de Abajo (León) vineyards dating from 1940. Fermentation takes place in large open tubs with 80 percent of the stem and its maceration takes place during 60 days. After this time, the wine is transferred to used French oak barrels where it is aged for one year.
On the nose a great variety of fruity notes, of red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry and cherry. Very well balanced between tannins and acidity. It is pleasant and intense .. You don't get tired of drinking this wine.

EL RAPOLAO 2021
30,90 € VAT included.Red Wine made from a variety of mencía, bastardo, and garnacha tintorera grapes from the El Rapolao plot, in Valtuille de Abajo (Léon). Part of the vineyard dates from 1920 and the other from 1980.
Rapolao, made by Raúl Pérez, is fermented with the whole stalk in large open vats. After 30 days of maceration, it goes to 225 and 500 liter barrels for a year.
Denotes aromas of red fruits on the nose, it is very spicy, mineral, and expressive. Fullness in the mouth, with a slight warmth and firm tannins, make this a very serious wine, with power, which shows a pleasant flavor of seasonal fruit. Ole y ole...

LAS GUNDINAS 2021
30,90 € VAT included.It is made in Valtuille de Abajo (León) from grapes from the Las Gundiñas parcel. Las Gundiñas 2019 is a wine made by Raúl Pérez, with the Mencía, Bastardo, Garnacha Tintorera and Doña Blanca grape variety. Its fermentation is in large open vats with the whole stem and a maceration of between 30 and 60 days. The aging, for one year, in used 225-litre French oak barrels.
A meaty wine, with very fresh aromas of black fruit. It's delicious…
