      Narupa white wine is made primarily from the Albariño grape variety, typical of the Rías Baixas region in Galicia. This variety is known for its fresh, citrus and floral aromas, with a profile that includes notes of stone fruits such as peach and apricot. However, what sets Narupa apart from other wines from the region are the saline and mineral nuances that come from the vineyard's proximity to the Atlantic Ocean.

      The grapes are grown close to the sea, which influences the characteristics of the wine. The soils in Rías Baixas are usually granitic and sandy, which contributes to that unique minerality.

      Centennial vineyards at more than 900m altitude in Soria and Burgos.

      Manual harvest. Destemmed, crushed and pressed. Subsequent settling of the must and fermentation in concrete tanks at 16oC. Aged in barrels for 10 months. Final barrel coupage

      Straw yellow color with gold trim. Bright and clean. Aromas of peach-type stone fruit. Subtle notes of wood and fruit so that the varietal aromas can be shown. The aromas are of dry, unroasted fruits such as almond and hazelnut.

      Light notes of vanilla and cinnamon appear. Once the wine evolves in the glass, floral aromas of orange blossom and jasmine appear. Fresh and intense palate, with a touch of acidity that enhances the retronasal aromas in which the stone fruit and the subtle work with the wood reappear.

      The small plots from which the grapes we use to make Fuentenebro come from are early and late harvested. Its maturations are long and slow. The harvest is manual and on a pallet. All the clusters are destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in concrete tanks. The barrel aging was 11 months in French oak barrels for various uses.

      Very fruity wine, with hints of wild fruit such as currants and sour strawberries. On the nose we find the presence of menthol notes and notes of cream. The aromas are clean and fresh. The wood is almost negligible on the nose but it shows up very subtly on the palate with soft tannin. Good acidity and light passage in the mouth.

      In addition, when you smell it, it gives off fruit aromas such as plum, raspberry, blackberry and even has a touch of ripe citrus. You can also find some notes of licorice and candied fruit.
